In Home Staging Consultations

Staging your house for sale is a smart move and a consultation is the first step. Whether you're selling your home or need assistance reimagining your current space, we can help. We'll spend 1-2 hours with you walking through your home. You'll get our expert recommendations including furniture placement, paint color selections and organizing tips. A complete detailed report is also available for you to follow our recommendations.

In Home Staging

Once you have completed your consultation recommendations, we return and spend a half or full day transforming your home using what you have. We also provide accessory and furniture rental if needed. Once your home is ready we offer the services of our professional photographer to complete your marketing.
Design services at hourly rate with a 2 hour minimum or ask for Design Day special.

Vacant Home Staging

Staging a vacant home for sale requires an expert. We specialize in creating a "model home" look by adding furniture and accessories in the key rooms of your vacant home. We'll create a warm inviting atmosphere for buyers to respond to and handle all the details from start to finish. Our professional photographer adds the finishing touch.

Model Home Merchandising

We enjoy working with builders, developers and banks to turn your model, spec or REO property into an asset that appeals to your Buyer demographic. We specialize in working within your budget. If you have multiple properties for sale, we can create a transitional design that can move easily to the next property for sale. Of course if your buyer falls in love with the look you can sell it furnished as an incentive.

Investors or homeowners, call us for advice on the best renovations to make for profit. Project management is our specialty. If you're remodeling, we can manage the project from start to finish. If you need advice picking paint colors, counters, flooring, window treatments give us a call.
